Pros

Easy to take paid time off.

Cons

Overworked. Talked down to. Lied to about how wage increases work. Constantly having to do the manager's job for him. Little to no communication from Management unless I initiate it myself. Additional responsibilities added to our workload without compensating us more.

Pros

Great support overall. Lots of resources to help the CAM. The quality of the portfolios are very good.

Cons

Lack of a true work culture. Portfolio managers hardly get any real recognition from upper management in comparison to their onsite employees.

Pros

I have been with FirstService Residential for five years, and there have been many opportunities for growth during my time here. I am currently working at Galaxy Towers and have just marked two years at this property. It has been the best place to work! Brandon Bare has been the best General Manager to work for. His leadership and guidance have made a significant impact on my experience and growth with FirstService.

Cons

It can be demanding, but it is very rewarding.
