Pros

Flexible schedule - able to work remotely if there is inclement weather! Fun company events Co-workers were awesome Majority of interactions internally were positive Hard work is recognized My boss was incredible as he was supportive, insightful, and never micromanaged anyone on the team. He trusted his team and everyone respected him. Best boss I've ever had!

Cons

Over whelming workload Work-life balance Majority of interactions with community members are negative Need to work overtime to keep up with workload
