Pros

Offices are nice. location is nice. A place to get your foot in the door. A place to spend 5-6 months TOPS like everyone else.

Cons

Hours, work load, benefits. Everything you would want in a career - this place won't provide you. you will never feel good about your work - the hours were overload. the benefits laughable. the vacation time laughable. with all the competition in the city - you should find somewhere else. the promotions are available - but seriously? that is laughable too. so glad i left and didn't let them ruin my career.

Promised an increase of salary to all employees since last year, this is a big property with 447 units, and the front desk will have 14 dollars base instead $ 12. I accepted the job because of that. We still waiting. People in the building gave us christmas bonuses in a small box and we still waiting for that too because management took it to divided between all the employees. No promises are kept

NOT ONE PRO. THE WORST PLACE TO WORK!

WARNING!!! YOU DO NOT WANT TO WORK HERE! COMPANY IS MICROMANAGED AT ALL LEVELS OF MANAGEMENT! On-site management is exceedingly unprofessional and downright degrading to the point where hourly employees are made to incompetent and worthless! The so called "open door policy" is a complete joke! Managers cover each other's butts, and the hourly employees suffer. Complete and total witch hunt for hourly employees accusing them of things that were false. Employees were MADE to sign document(s) stating they were at fault when they weren't! Denied severance after working at company for over a year! The most unprofessional, cut-throat company I've ever worked for! The list goes on ...
