Truly a great place to work

Pros

We all know how corporate companies can be, but I was truly shocked and in awe of how much FirstService Residential stands out from the rest, especially with their associates. I waited a long while until I had enough time with the company to make my review, and my mind has not changed that from the moment I was hired. The CEO David Diestel truly cares for the company and its people, and all of the departments I've worked with including my own have been great to work with. People-centered values and care are really at their core and I hope it always remains like that.

I have not found any cons to working here yet.
