Pros

Benefits are above average and improve with tenure. Salary is competitive if you have relevant experience for the role you apply for.

Cons

Company culture is a complete farce. Nepotism is RAMPANT. Transfer opportunities will be SABOTAGED if VPs/RDs have “other plans” for you.

Pros

Benefits. strong potential for upward mobility. Normal work hours. Lots of training opportunities.

Cons

Heard most bosses add in a bonus. My boss wasn't very kind and he tried to not get me one despite all the help I gave him. He didn't even know how to pdf. He wasn't a great boss and got annoyed if I asked questions. This isn't necessarily the typical culture of FSR, I just got a bad egg. Unfortunately it affected my desire to stay for the company.

Thank you for the feedback. We are sorry to hear that your experience was less than positive as we strive to embody our culture of building great relationships. You are right, it is very important that our recruiters continue to screen for personality and character. Having support at work is crucial and we hope that our associates know that we have an open door policy to report things like this to upper management and Human Resources so we can work together to come up with solutions in times like this. We appreciate your time and will use your comments to make positive changes. Take Care. Kaitlin Buccheri, Communications and Engagement Manager
