admin/accounting staff doesn't like the difference in wage between managers although the stress level and responsibility and hours are much higher. Competence is affected by who you are trained by, Constant change (procedures, process, programs) within the work environment to the point where it is exhausting, can be fun but is always stressful. Some departures of employees are announced others just "disapear" causing an ongoing rumormill.

Some of the cons however, you are outside in the elements (pretty much no matter what), it's very hot so bring lots of water, very long shifts, and sometimes residents complain about things that are out of your control.. but they think you have the ultimate say so. Don't let that discourage you!
