Pros

Great company culture and work environment. Run by very smart people, personable and easily approachable. Many opportunities for improvement, innovation is encouraged

Cons

Benefit package and salary not competitive. Company has experienced turnover because of this. Company is growing and so has had to keep up with implementing employee policies.etc. Having a good manager is key to success
