- Great benefits for employees - Overall, great company culture - Big network of diverse employees

Cons

- Salary could be better - Felt a little lost in such a big company - Not much room for growth at accounts, you would have to transfer to another account or go to the corporate office

-People seem to advance quickly -Starting pay is decent -great for people looking for a quick hire

Cons

-Improper training for new hires and management -A lot of issues with account management -extremely high turnover rate! People either suddenly quit without notice due to the environment or demands of the job or they are easily fired without notice
