Pros

Passionate Leadership invests in tools, funding and programs to continue to develop everyone on the teams. Knowledge of the HOA and Property Management business and commitment to improving the residential areas of Nevada are far beyond other HOA Management companies. Generous PTO, internal transfer opportunities and flexibility in responsibilities keep me coming back every day! Global Service Standards, FirstCall and Culture Shaping all match my personal integrity which is why I found it easy to join and stay here.

Cons

Community Management requires thick skin as not everyone is as excited about their HOA Management company as I am! While the response to resume is quick, interviews can take longer than most but they are truly quality interviews and they make sure you are the right fit for the Company.

Unsupportive, Mediocre Company

Pros

Ability to work from home/flexible schedule if you are in an office job.

Cons

Very “top-down” approach: associate-level employees don’t matter and are forced to work long hours with substandard pay. It doesn’t matter whether you are in an office job or a sited role, they don’t care about you. As someone mentioned in an earlier review, you are there to make them money. There are few if any opportunities for advancement. The only way to advance is to leave the position. Management makes decisions without consulting their employees or seeking their feedback. There is a high turnover rate so be prepared to be saddled with more work than you are able to cope with. A lot of your happiness depends on office politics and your ability to make friends with the right people in management. Management definitely plays favourites.

Pros

Nice co workers, nice management but very limited.

Cons

High turnover. Not great pay and horrible bonus structure. No incentive for hourly employees.
