Pros
Honestly, this is the best company I have ever worked for. First Service provides constant training on new processes, corporate is always responsive when something needs to be completed, the directors actually care about their employees and the executive directors are always available when the community managers need them. I left to go to another company and asked to come back. Best decision I ever made. I have, and will continue to recommend this company to anyone looking for a solid career path.
Cons
I truthfully don't see issues with this company. Any issues are taken care of, they don't sit on things.. very proactive. I will let you know if one comes up!
