Middle Management is easily accessible.

Cons

Account load of up to 13 accounts, making about 20% less than industry standard. Executive Management makes managers bend over backwards for the Board. Can't retain talent (about 2-3 year revolving door).

Decent pay, somewhat reasonable residents

Cons

Racism, ignorance and strongarming by residents is pretty common if you're working as a concierge. Thankfully I moved on and now work professionally as a software developer
