      They will transfer you to another property without any notice & they lie about your salary such as telling you that they will give you another $1 after 30 days & they won’t !!!

      Pros

      I like that this company is always seeking to actually act on its values and mission and is committed to improving the experience of associates and its client base. In my department, flexible work schedules and hybrid remote/office work; comparable salary, great team environment.

      Cons

      Room for growth (I've been promoted 4 times in 6 years), but no structured growth ladders or regularly offered development courses. It's not about be approached for a new role, but self-initiated applying for better or promotional opportunities.
