      Lots of room for growth. Great Leadership Team they are always willing to help and support your goals and ambitions. Overall an excellent place to work.

      Pros

      FirstService BC is a great place to work. The senior leadership is great, very positive, pro active and supportive. Always offering to be of assistance. I also like their philanthropic work with Canuck Place for Kids.

      Cons

      Some of the office staff can be negative at times.
