      The job description makes it seem easy. The residents are mostly great people.

      The described work is pretty easy for what you're paid for.

      Cons

      (At my location) You will be doing the work of people in different departments without being trained for it and then rep remanded for not doing it properly. Also management will tell you one thing and then reprimand you for doing it.

      Pros

      Very supportive of new ideas and initiatives. If you commit they definitely support your career. They attempt to create a positive culture in a industry that is extremely demanding and ungrateful.

      Cons

      Training and written process/procedures is nonexistent. Local HR is not qualified to have their titles. Use Regional or Corporate HR if you need anything or expect them to follow state employment and hippa laws.
