      Pros

      Love working here. On my first day, I was lucky to meet with even the head of the company Scott. I've never had this in any other job getting to meet the top person. What a nice guy he is and always has his door open. I can tell he cares about the people in the office and the team is focused on giving us chances to all get better and move up. I feel lucky to work here!

      only work environment is ok.

      Cons

      Manager will not consider you, they will only consider about their own profit. when something happened, the first thing is let you leave, even that was not your fault.

      Not the best choice of strata property management company to work for (Be ready to be disappointed!)

      Pros

      You belong to the residential community with the residents(owners/tenants) if you take the initiative to be part of the family!

      Cons

      No control over apparent change of strata property management company, decided by the strata council, employee will be replaced even if you are not the definite source to be blamed at. Rapid, aggressive expansion of management of strata building portfolios which leads to lack of resource for front-line employees career development/movement.
