Pros

The workplace environment is fun and vendors are always sending us food, so you won't go hungry! Fun and engaging competitions are great and the casual workplace environment is definitely a plus. The break room is stocked with free soda and popcorn - there's an option to purchase some prepackaged lunch too, which is great if you have a family and forgot to pack yourself a lunch (there's also a lot of lunch places around the office)!

Cons

The pay isn't the most competitive and you occasionally have to deal with angry homeowners - though the angry homeowners come with the territory.
