Pros

They are none, higher management is a joke your managers are a joke

Cons

management plays a lot of favors to employees who turn in anyone who does not like them plus those employees that turn in a homeowner get kickbacks or a rise in salary. They do have a hit list on any homeowner that speaks out about them or the board. They are not to be trusted, double up on invoices or over charge the Homeowner Association, lie to the board.

Major growth opportunities, and for the pros, it really depends on the community you work with. Pay can also very per community.

Cons

Long hours sometimes, Dealing with rude people(there will always be that), lots of training to go through.
