I would give this company zero stars if I could. Extremely high insurance costs. Low pay. Local manager untrained and incompetent. HOA management was a mess and HQ chose to ignore and spin situation to their advantage and change the narrative in order to rope in other communities to manage. Extremely high turnover!!!!

Corporate office, upper managers, upper upper managers, insurance, dishonest senior directors and Vice Presidents, lack of training and internal customer service, powerless Human Resources, overpriced insurance, dishonest staff ( like the ones writing reviews on here about not having any cons ), not keeping promises about promotions, senior directors who look down on staff instead of helping and the managers over the senior directors who allow them to belittle rather than build up.
