Pros

Great environment, for the most part. Friendly peers below supervisory levels. Good training programs and neat perks.

Cons

Overworked, lack of supervisor employee partnership. You are devalued. Favoritism. Supervisors will throw you under the bus, exercise gender prejudice, show negative attitudes, cultivate fear, constantly hounding you, unapproachable and some creepy. Lack of HR support.
