      We got along real well, I basically ran the hi-rise, they worked in their office and liked what I was doing helping them

      Pros

      I basically run the building the maintenance,take care of the house cleaning dept., overseeing outside contractors and generally keeping the building in nice shape and running smoothly.

      Cons

      It took some time and work but after I got the building back in shape (a few months) it was running real well and I liked and also got along very well with the condo owners, a lot of them became good friends.
