      Regular pay check the only pro

      Cons

      FSR Vancouver is a very poisonous place to work. If you decide to work there for a pay check fie but upper management won't respect your hard work. There is also no room for advancement. If you go for an interview ask about turnover as you will find anyone who can find another job is leaving.

      Great staff! Hardworking, committed, friendly and will make you feel welcome.

      Cons

      Toxic leadership at the top at both regional and local levels. No cross-functional team work, functional areas are pitted against each other. They taut values but do not practice them. No support.
