Very Adaptive to their Dynamic (Condo Management) Industry

Pros

Forward looking leadership is for the most part good. They execute well on adaptive technology like computer programs, new legislation, etc. They look to promote from within.

Cons

Some people get overloaded with work. When that happens management often do not provide support in a timely fashion. Sometimes supervisors blame the messenger rather than investigate further.

Pros

Opportunity to build relationships with some great board members. Sink or swim experience makes you better prepared at your next real job.

Cons

They make promises in the interview for flexible schedules, 40 hrs a week, work from home opportunities& hands on training, HA! I didn't get any training w/ my director the first 2 wks. They micromanage, and the catty gossip in the office is worst than middle school girls! Upper management plays favorites & doesn't have a clue how to lead successfully. Long hours, very low pay for the industry, insurance is crap & high! Lost 27 properties and 18 community managers in 2017.

Large Company with wonderful WRITTEN Goals & Values

Cons

Corporate office does not practice what they preach as far as the core values of the Company. Not helpful in the least to support Properties, actually tend to make the job even harder. Accounting Dept is completely inefficient. Processes are slow and outdated. Do not listen to ideas to change or improve. Just keep on, keeping on with the same old, same old
