Residents treat people so poorly that management can't keep up. They are verbally and physically abusive.

The company shows it appreciation to employee on a monthly basis with prizes and giveaways at the Monthly meetings.

Cons

There is little to no work life balance. The job is very demanding depending on the number of properties and the type of Boards you have. The pay is low compared to other management companies.
