Great peers to work with, national company, good benefits and competitive compensation. Good networking opportunities with peers to share information.

Cons

Leadership was not focused on promoting from within and or recognizing and retaining good employees. Disjointed corporate office leadership and frequent upper level management turnover. Not focused on Industry organizations / affiliations or encouragement of managers to obtain industry certifications.

Nice employees, Management is nice. And there is potential to grow with the company.

Cons

You don't receive enough hours, you have to be employed for a long time in order to be able to move forward. The pay is a bit low, and you mainly work alone.
