Management is horrible, was promised a raise and didnt get it for a a full year and a half. Management will also ignore you when you ask questions and will only reply when convenient for them

There is a lack of relevant skill sets at all levels. Insecurity and intimidating tactics preventing progress. Below average compensation. Sink or swim environment.
