      Pros

      Great team dynamic, fast paced environment. A wonderful place to grow a career and be given exciting projects. Stable company, truly recession proof.

      Cons

      Growing quickly and trying to adjust. Over the recent years there's been a cultural shift but for the positive for most.

      Pros

      Flexible schedule is the only positive. I don't have any other positive remarks to make to meet the 20 word minimum.

      Cons

      Poorly managed, unprofessional, unqualified supervisors, salary well below market average, very inconsistent and supervisors don't follow policies nor HR procedures.
