Pros

I believe FirstService Residential is a dream come true. As a concierge working in one of their residential properties in New York I've gotten the best treatment out of any company I've ever worked for in my life. It's a company that cares about their employees by making sure you receive a competitive pay and benefit package. Satisfaction guaranteed!

I have nothing bad to say about the company.

Training in corporate environment connected US and Canada.

Cons

Poor communications with employees. Upper management out of touch with reality of actual day to day operations. Regionals are power hungry, egotistical, take credit for managers accomplishments, lack leadership, disloyal .
