Unfortunately no pros. If you ask to change teams they will fire you eventually for complaining, Some of the Senior Level Management will yell at you for their own mistakes. They will yell at you for asking how to do something. Some of them are not qualified at all to manage employees and barely understands any concepts in accounting. Also, some of them will make you their personal assistants. That means you will be helping do their work while trying to finish yours. You will be asked to scan there things into the computer for them and also you will be expected to buy them food when they want.

I enjoy all the benefits First Service offers. They strive to have a great company culture and also offer great incentives. There's always opportunity for growth and the managers are very helpful in enabling growth within the company.
