Pros

This company shines when it comes to employee training! They really invest in their employees on this level. Pay is decent. The company also promotes a work/life balance which is great!

Cons

Being a Property Manager sucks! You basically get crapped on all day by homeowners and HOA Boards. You are expected to work evenings for HOA meetings. The company uses many different programs instead of consolidating all things into one. This makes the learning curve a bit difficult.

Staff great, hours and great residents.

Cons

Management staff very lacking, the lying to staff and the HOA boards. Miss management of resident HOA fees and out of control billing

Ok pay No set schedule multiple shifts a day sometimes Time off has to be requested months in advance on call and most likely will be called on days off
