Management was terrible. Manager made two women cry in the office and never got repremanded for it

Pros

It is a safe place to work, and also psychologically and emotionally healthy place to work too. employees are offered training or development to further career development and resources and equipment to do job. Management genuinely seeks and responds to suggestions and ideas from employees and celebrate people who try new and better ways of doing things, regardless of the outcome. People here are treated fairly regardless of their race or ethnic origin. Management is approachable, easy to talk with.

Workload is insane, AP department could get a little messy. Not a lot of room for career growth.
