      -kind and supportive team leaders -consistent support through Teams -responsive supervisors -good disciplinary set up -easy work systems -working remotely

      Cons

      -the pay is decent but could be a bit higher, in my opinion -the nature of the job is somewhat stressful -the amount of support you can provide depends on what information has been put into the system, so you often end up with your hands tied and a frustrated caller

      Pros

      Friendly and fun workplace with lots of activities, events, educational opportunities, trade shows, seminars and excellent culture. This company is lovely to work for and I'm happy to go to the office and be around people who work here. Working remotely is fully acceptable in my position which is wonderful for people with longer commutes or who feel comfortable working from home. Everyone is genuinely helpful if you have questions and the general feeling is you are surrounded by friendly people who are positive and always supportive. I would recommend FSR to anyone who is looking for a growth opportunity and a fun place to work at.

      You need to adhere to the dress code with is business professional or business casual when you don't see clients on that day.
