Pros

They have different benefit levels. So many opportunities for growth, development, and education. The company headquarters are in Canada but there are job opportunities all over the United States.

Cons

This is a large national company and sometimes corporate may lose site of the people in the field. Working at a community, the management team does not receive the same days off as corporate because we look to the Board of Directors.

Open door policy, annual performance reviews, opportunities for advancement, growing company, the best in the industry.

Cons

Work load is crazy. Not enough staff in the back office departments.
