Pros

This job is absolutely perfect for someone like a student or writer. You have plenty of time to work on other things, and the pay is good. It is easy money! The residents are usually very nice too.

Cons

If you have to work an overnight shift, it can be hard to stay awake and kind of scary because you are alone.

Lake of professioncy , under paid salaries, no real management and many of management level employees does not have designation or formal education
