      Literally nothing to talk about here.

      Cons

      Racism from residents, abuse from managerial staff, etc. Just overall a terrible experience.

      Easy to get hired. Downtown location.

      Cons

      Terrible pay. Revolving door of leadership to associates. Non-existent salary increases or employee feedback. Low staff engagement and morale. No career development. Terrible onboarding and training. No coaching from your leaders. You do not work with the best or brightest in the industry. No stock plan for employees. No pension plan. No RRSP matching.
