Pros

In the property I work at, my general manager and supervisor are awesome! They are always honest with the staff and we always feel appreciated.

Cons

The only con would have to be that you can't control who's on the HOA (obviously). And sometimes they aren't your favorite people.

Cons

Too top heavy, lack of creativity/vision, bonuses only for managers and boring/unimaginative employee games.
