Pros

I basically run the building the maintenance,take care of the house cleaning dept., overseeing outside contractors and generally keeping the building in nice shape and running smoothly.

Cons

It took some time and work but after I got the building back in shape (a few months) it was running real well and I liked and also got along very well with the condo owners, a lot of them became good friends.

Pros

Great entrepreneurial type company in a unique industry with significant growth potential. Going through interesting transformation into a large national organization with lots of positive change. Leadership is very strong and culture is fantastic. Excellent place for a young, energetic and educated professional to create a name for themselves.
