      Pros

      There is a well established structure here that enables career growth opportunities, which was one of the main reason for coming to FirstService from my previous company. My superiors at FirstService are very supportive of my goals and provide me with guidance and opportunities to succeed and grow within the company. There is a very positive culture here that gets me to easily buy in to the company's mission and values. It really helps to have leaders that I respect in the company I work for, and I definitely have that here. Management takes very well to criticism and suggestions.

      Cons

      We are the largest strata management company in BC, and with that comes all the criticism from managing the most buildings/units, so the public reputation needs to be improved gradually.

      Excellent support from upper management and open-door policy. I feel extremely valued and feel that I am able to develop a long term career. Lots of flexibility and trust in their employees.
