Pros

Various levels of job opportunities. HR staff very informative. Many positions available.

Cons

Very unprofessional. The proper tools & training were not supplied. Management that I dealt with was very unqualified and negative and did not recognize dedicated workers. Communication was terrible. Management was threatned with strong experienced employees instead of appreciating good qualified workers.

Pros

Empowered to perform job with little to no management involvement. Work independently. Excellent work/life balance. 10 holidays a year, personal days, vacation days are above average. Manager expects excellence and rewards it. Takes care of staff. Treats employees as people and not just a means to an end. Handles the bad apples. Strongly believes in promoting from within!

Cons

Working through some bad hires has resulted in high turnover, leaving a bad taste for some of the longer standing accountants and some interesting clean up challenges. The bad hires are being addressed and replaced. Co-workers can be competitive where it isn't necessary. Not much of a team environment. Not everyone is comfortable with their roles, makes for some neediness. some have mentioned the need for more training, although I found my training sufficient.

Pros

-Chance to grow - Pay is ok - Work life balance for community management associate is good. Because the HOA manager is still ultimately in charge you aren't really expected to do much outside of your 40 hours a week. -Establishing relationships with supply vendors

Cons

Absolutely no training whatsoever, i was literally begging my boss to provide some semblance of training. Health care for additional person is expensive Fairly resistant to requesting days off Finding tools and resources to help you on day to day tasks is quite a process not much job security
