Great training Pay on time Fixable schedule

Cons

-The longer you work in there the lower income you can get cos the salary increase rate can’t even close to the inflation -same job title but big difference when you work in different site , some site have less to do but some work like hell and pay less - need to study online courses by time to time looks like will increase the ability , but low salaries makes experience workers leave will make this completely pointless
