Pros

Some nice coworkers - the receptionist was always friendly. Mail room guy always helpful.

Cons

Management cares only for themselves - the bottom line is all that matters. Sexist environment with some Supervisors - if you weren't part of his boys club you weren't getting anywhere.

Pros

None. I hate to be so pessimistic and I learned at a good life lesson there. The only people That I felt bad for was those at my position who would get fired left and right.

Cons

There are so many things wrong and I wouldn't know where to start. Just take my word for it. Walk away now.

A national company that is growing rapidly. Branches are located throughout the country. Intentions for management strategy are well meaning, however poorly executed.

Cons

Management model does not consider local realities with regard to budgets and staffing. Compensation and benefits well below industry standard.
