Pros

Been working for FirstService for almost a year. The employees here are topnotch and care about their customers. Management cares about staff and appreciates everyone's contributions. Lots of room for advancement and people enjoy working here.

Cons

This is not a company for slackers. Not that the company expects more than they should but if you don't contribute or do your job it will show very quickly. If you take pride in your work and work hard this is a great company to work for. My co-workers are all rock stars!

Pros

Career growth, networking, and hand-on training is some of the best PROS of FirstService Residential. This company is largely focused on the core values and I very fortunate to be a part of the big picture.

Cons

I am an individual who does not like to be in large group settings. So certain events I do not wish to attend because my own situation. The organization has many different leadership training that are in large group setting. However, I enjoy watching others have a great time learning and building a new network of leaders.

Pros

Progressive Company with a culture grounded in loyalty to both Customers and Team Members. Competitive Compensation, Engaging Management Team, Community Focused. I have been with this company 7 years and don't regret one minute of it...just keeps getting better.

Cons
