      Co workers were great. Recognition was nice.

      Cons

      Pay is below market. Leadership is shady. “Directors” can’t do anything without speaking to the actual people in charge and even those people have to go even hirer for EVERYTHING.

      -not a lot of room for growth for corporate careers -lacks diversity in the corporate Illinois office
