People you work with day-to-day. Health benefits.

Cons

Upper management decisions based on their bonus pay. Makes promises to clients that are unattainable from a management perspective. Do not appreciate constructive input that would benefit both clients and FirstService. If you have no career goals, it can be a decent place to earn a check. For growth and advancement, look elsewhere.

Pros

Salary benefits team training good communities

Cons

Awful organization. No trust in their employees. Hire regionals who are not overly experienced but crack a whip of unattainable expectations. Managers are overloaded with rules and paperwork upon paperwork. Yes it stretches you to grow so that you can take that and get the heck out!

Pros

Good training for almost four weeks.

Cons

You learn a lot, however, after training, it feels like you are just a number there. It really messes with your mental strength with all the attitude you get from customer and you can’t vent to management because they never answer. Calls are back to back I couldn’t even go to the bathroom and couldn’t have lunch.
