Supportive Culture and Impactful Work

Pros

Everyone across all the departments have been SO welcoming! The atmosphere and culture are very warm and I was very pleased with how quickly everyone made me feel part of the team. There was always someone that was available to answer my questions--lots of support here. Regarding the work, it's truly amazing the impact I get to make in the lives of the kiddos and their families. It's one of those jobs that is fun to get up and go to, which is very rare. They also invest a lot in employees when it comes to training and upward mobility, as the company grows I have been able to grow with it.

Cons

There are some growing pains with new software, but management is very responsive and proactive about it.

Pros

Paid training and RBT certification.

Cons

In my interview they had clients in my location but after 6 months of working there, I never had a client even close to my location. I was commuting up to 2.5 hrs a day which was obviously straining. Pay also wasn’t good, I started at $19 and when I got certified, nothing changed and they didn’t seem to promote very often. Also was very “clicky”. If you didn’t know certain BCBA’s or even the head boss lady, you were basically excluded from the work culture.
