1. Managers get to do what they wants. CEMs do not have a great control of their staff. Due to CEMs being so inconsistant managers get away with murder. Agents are not allowed to swear on the production floor however managers get free reign. When a manager has annual leave it is only marked down between 50%-75% of the time resulting in managers having more than their allowed/allocated annual leave. Managers constantly use emotional blackmail to stop staff going sick talking about how it effects their bonus, which is absolutely disgusting. I should not be mafe to feel guilty for having health problems.
2. Their HR department is abysmal. They do not care about their staffs well being. I have mental health issues and HR do nothing to support. HR are always leaving sensitive documents on their desk visible for anyone to see. They often lose documents containing vital information. They do not do anything in a timely manner for example a colleague is yet to be given an opportunity to appeal a warning as they were never given an outcome letter. HR don't take responsibility for their actions, if they make a mistake they will always blame other, this also goes for senior management.

4. They do not cate about tenured staff. There is zero reward for loyalty.
5. Constant pay issues.
6. Show a contant distegard to mental health and disabilities.
7. Inconsistent in all areas.
8. Career progression is handed to senior managements favourites.
9. No work life balance.
10. Terrible communication
