Pros

management can be selectively helpful but only when forced very small handful of agents are caring

Where do I begin?.If I could a minus rating I would have. The entire recruitment process is a shambles to begin with. Interveiws et pushed back for months on end, you get told different start dates and hours. when you do start training is unorganised and often rushed. Very high staff turnover rate. Management talk to you like a child. HR and Managed services lack clear communication. HR has an arrogant attitude and bully you into agreeing with them, Staff are not recognised for their work even when quality scores show high performance. HR and managed services are liars and very secretive. Job role changes at last minute with no communication for this. HR refuse to take accountability when they break their own contractual agreements. Often asked to work outside contractual hours and penalised for it when you refuse. The refer a friend scheme is pointless because you often don't get paid for it. Bonus are rare. very low pay for the amount of knowledge and hours required. no real chance of progression. company plays favourites. Very gossipy and clicky environment. They ask for your input to improve the business and you get ignored. Body shamed by numerous management. Sexist work attitudes that get overlooked. Harassment claims get ignored. HR and managed services are fake and very sly in their attitudes and actions towards staff. They actively push you out the door if you don't say how high when they say jump. Change business hours and shift patterns last minute. All round bullies

Pros

Full time job so keeps you busy. Easy job on the rbs contract

Cons

HR are rude and unhelpful. Managers are full of themselves and patronising. Job itself is mundane and no room to progress. Don't get proper sick pay and give a disciplinary if your sick or late on the odd occasion anyway. No incentives and wage is crap.
