Pros
It pays well and you can work from home.
Cons
There are no higher Technical positions available. No advancement options other than management. Vacation days are abysmal for the line of work. Weekly meetings pulled people off of the phones making a slow day busier than necessary. When I was pulled to train new hires they expected me to work my regular shift on the phones.
