Flexible Hours Autonomous day to day operation Variety of challenges so it doesn't get monotonous so I'm constantly learning I'm enjoying this job alot

Some customers can be challenging but I think that's also a plus because I get to learn how to interact with all types of people.

Very scary business practices

Pros

You could make a lot of money if you steal from your coworkers or if it didn’t take more than a year to build houses.

Cons

-Very sketchy group -building quality complaints from every customer -special treatment for certain salespeople -no weekends off ever -zero training because they desperately need people -everyone who’s transferred here internally has left the company -we charge significantly more than competitors and take 2 times longer to build -construction companies in St. Louis refuse to build our “quality” homes
