You do have to work every weekend and 100% commission jobs can be very stressful.

Awesome team of people working towards a common goal/purpose. Easy commute in a convenient location. Love working with the customers.

It is not always easy and we stay pretty busy. We have challenges but the team works together to solve them and keep them from happening again.

Fischer used to be the company you wanted to work for. They had a great reputation and offered a family-oriented environment. That has not been the case for many years. It is very corporate now and decisions are made from political/personal reasons rather than professional.
