You learn a lot overall has good people bonuses are very nice if company does well

Cons

My specific manger was awful. Micromanages and then blames you for her mistakes. A lot of the managers talk very bad about other employees and think people dont talk to each other about it. Its hurtful environment.

The culture is amazing. It is a truly a family atmosphere where everyone cares about each other.

Cons

Not really much at all. About the only aspect is that it is a cyclical business, but the company has consistently weathered the cycles very well.
